○　Payment of the products

Payment is made by cash on delivery.
When your purchased products arrive, please pay the total amount ([Product Price] + [Delivery Charges (including the cash on delivery fee)]) directly to the delivery staff (Yamato Transport).

○　Products

In some rare occasions, the product packaging may be damaged (scratches on the product packaging, dents on the can, etc.). However, please be assured that this does not affect the quality or freshness of the product itself.

○　Product delivery and delivery charges

・As one of our eco-activities, we promotes recycling (re-use) of packaging material (cardboard boxes, paper bags, etc.) when shipping purchased products. Some packaging material may not look perfectly new, but we have paid careful attention to remove any unclean or unsanitary material, etc. Please be assured that the quality and freshness of the product itself has not been affected.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
・Purchases of 6,500 yen (including tax) or more are delivered “free of charge”.
However, since chilled parcel (refrigerated/frozen products) and regular parcel are billed separately, the purchase amount of each, rather than the total amount of both purchases, must be 6,500 yen (including tax) or more.
To ensure freshness and the best taste, when items which must be delivered as chilled parcel (refrigerated/frozen products) are ordered at the same time as items which can be delivered as regular parcel, these items (refrigerated/frozen products) will be delivered separately. The delivery charges are billed accordingly.

・Products are delivered by either regular parcel or chilled parcel (refrigerated/frozen foods).
・Refrigerated and frozen foods are delivered by chilled parcel.
・When items which must be delivered as chilled parcel (refrigerated/frozen products) are ordered at the same time as items which can be delivered as regular parcel, these items will be delivered separately. The delivery charges are billed accordingly. Also, please note that the arrival of your order may vary a day or two.
