Ans:
Shopping with us is just like shopping in a conventional supermarket. Simply locate the products you want, add them to your basket and then proceed to the checkout to make payment. You can start shopping By clicking on Online GROCERY STORE or by Singing in.
The 6-stages of shopping with us are:
Locate items.
Add items to Basket(Cart).
View/Modify Basket(Cart)
Checkout / Checking Your Shipping Address.
Email Confirmation from us.
Delivery to your door and Payment

Locate Items
You can easily locate products on our site in 2-different ways:
Menu (Product Category): -
Select the category you expect to find the item in. For example, Asafoetida is a Grounded Spice here you would select
“Spices”
. Grouped Products are listed on a page alphabetically where all the products can be seen by scrolling up and down. When you find the product in question you can view extended information about the product by clicking its name or you can add to basket by entering the quantity and clicking the
“Add to Cart”
button. Bear in mind that some products may not always be in the section you might expect to find them. If in doubt, use one of the Search methods described below to locate the Products Category. If still no joy – send us an email asking about availability…
Quick Search:-
Enter the word or words to locate the product and click the
“Go”
button. On the
“Search Results”
page, if too many products are listed, or no products at all, try changing the search term. When you find the desired item you can enter the quantity and select the
“Add to Cart”
button to add items to your basket.

Add items to Basket(Cart)
To put items in your basket, simply type in the quantity required and click the
“Add to Cart”
button
View/Modify Basket(Cart)
You can always view the contents of your basket on the right hand side of your screen.
Change Quantities:
When viewing the Basket you can change the quantities by simply overtyping the “Quantity” and press “Enter” button.
Remove Items from Basket:
You can also simply remove items from your basket by clicking the delete button.

Checkout
To proceed to Checkout, click the “Checkout Now” button at the bottom of Shopping Carts.
Select Delivery Time:
Select a delivery time as suitable to you from the dropdown.
Select Delivery Date:
Select a delivery Date as suitable to you from the dropdown.
Checking of Shipping Destination:
Read the and Check your shipping address and then click the “I accept box”.
Remarks:
You can Write Any remainders or instruction or any suggestion you want us to Know.
Confirm The Bill:
Click to place Your order and get the Order Number.

Email Confirmation from us
You Get the An Detail E-mail Confirmation of Order placed by you.
Delivery to your door
The next you will hear from us is a courier knocking on your door with your carefully packed parcel. Please ensure to check the contents and Pay the bill amount and sign for delivery.

What is a shopping cart?
Ans:
The shopping bag is a virtual carry bag that adds-on the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. This is displayed on the righthand side of the web page. You can update your order by adding/removing items, etc. in the shopping cart.

How can I update an order?
Ans:
You can make the following changes to your current order in the shopping cart:
Add/deduct the quantity
To add or deduct the quantity of a particular item, click in the box where the “Quantity” is mentioned in the shopping cart besides the item which you wish to change, now fill in the changed the quantity and press ENTER button.
Delete an item -
To delete an item from the shopping cart, click on the delete button on the shopping cart. Your total amount will be recalculated automatically.

How can I cancel my order?
Ans:
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by calling him on the telephone on 03-5822-6655 between working hours or after working hours you can mail us within few hour of your order with your order number which will be read the next working day.

How do I return an item?
Ans:
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or there might be a manufacturing defect. There might also be a remote possibility that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
In case of perishable items, the request for replacement shall be submitted within 1 day of receipt of the items.
In case of all other items, the request for return/exchange shall be submitted within 2 days of receipt of the items.
In case of replacement of perishable items, the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, neither ambikajapan.com nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.

Why is my Frozen and General items billed separately?
Ans:
As frozen items are delivered in a functional 'Chill-Pack Truck', they cannot be delivered with other General Items. Hence, they are billed and delivered separately.
