How to shop @ ambikajapan.com?
 
Step 1:
Select a category of your choice form the list given below 'Shopping Category'.
Step 2:
Click on 'Add to cart' provided next to the 'Quantity' . The Item selected will be shown in the ' Shopping Cart ' in the right hand side. Continue adding all the items you want to buy in the same way.
Step 3:
If you want you change the quantity of any item please write in the box and click 'Update'. if u want to delete any item from the cart write '0' in the box and click 'Update'.

Step 4:
After you Finish Shopping Click 'Buy' bellow the 'Shopping Cart' to make your bill.


Note : If Your Order is Above 5000 Yen you will get a DVD Selection Page . Select Your Free Delivery and Continue.

 

Step 5:
Select Your Delivery Date and Delivery Time and press 'Continue'.

Note :If the order is placed after 2 O' Clock before any holiday and in between holiday than the order will be considered of next working day.
 
Step 6:
Please Check your Bill and Order No. and click on 'Comfirm Bill ' located below the bill in the right hand side.

Note : Untill the Comfirm Bill is not clicked the order is not placed with us.

What is a shopping cart?

You can update your order by adding / removing items, etc. in the shopping cart once you click on the link 'View shopping Cart'.

You can make the following changes to your current order in the shopping cart:
(i) Add/deduct the quantity - To add or deduct the quantity of a particular item, click in the box where the 'Quantity' is mentioned, change the quantity and click on the link 'Recalculate'.
(ii) Delete an item - To delete an item from the shopping cart, tick the check-box under 'Remove Item' option and then click on the button 'Recalculate' to delete the selected item.

Cancel my order
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by calling him on the telephone on 03-3891-5548. Incase you cancel the order of perishable products, the cost of the product will have to be borne by you.

How do I return an item?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or there might be a manufacturing defect. There might also be a remote possibility that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated timeframe of 1 business day.
