Policies

Confirmation and Ammendments Policy:
   We need your confirmation to book a tour. Along with an advance of 25% to book a tour. In case of Bhutan and other Neighbouring Countries 100% pre-payment is necessary. We need the complete payment 30 days before arrival of the client in India.After having received your confirmation, we will sincerely do our best to organize the tour as desired, but if due to any reasons beyond our control we have to reroute an itinerary, change a hotel, or mode of transport, we would do so keeping in mind client's comfort, experience, and above all, operational restrictions, if any, under intimation to you. Any additional expenses incurred due to the forced change in the itinerary will have to be borne by the client, and any refunds will be credited to your account.Ambika Tours will not be liable to any, refunds or claims arising due to delays, or a change in itinerary forced on us due to any acts of God, acts of Government, acts of war, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics or cancellation of flights, or any such acts, beyond our control.

Cancellations, No- Shows and Refunds Policy:
   a) More than 30 days before the tour, USD 100 per person for a FIT and USD 200 in case of a group, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc,(This is actual as the policies of the Hotel are strict).
   b) Between 15-30 days notice will involve 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc.
   c) Between 00-15 days notice will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour cost, plus all non-refundable deposits it any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc
Note: The cancellation charges will be completely waived off if the group tour is re-booked to operate during the validity period of the quotation, but the nonrefundable deposits paid has to be borne by the client.

Group Size:
   Due to the fact that most of the deluxe coaches allowed till date have only 35 seats, it is- advised not to have more than 25~ 27 clients in a coach. If the group size is more, then the group will be divided into a number of coaches.

Payment Policy:
   If you transfer the funds to our Bank then our account details are as follows: in favour of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Bank Ltd. Branch Ueno .Account No. 1177280 for the Transactions in Japanese Yen and Account No. 1053234 for the transactions of US Dollar Account.
